I had a disappointing experience with Nabco M & E Inc. Back in January, I contacted them about an electrical issue in my garage. I specifically asked for a price estimate before agreeing to any service. However, they never provided any pricing details and just sent a technician over to my place. I assumed the technician would inform me about the costs upon arrival, but that was not the case.

The technician spent less than three minutes at my house, merely switched on the reset button in my outlet, and left. I expected a simple service like this to be discussed beforehand, especially regarding the cost. Unfortunately, it was not until a month later that I received a bill for $92.45, which was shocking for such a brief and minimal intervention.

It's frustrating that at no point during the initial call or the visit was I informed about the charges. This lack of transparency is concerning. I want to warn others about this business—what happened to me was for a minor service. I can only imagine the costs for more extensive repairs or replacements. Be very cautious if you consider using Nabco M & E Inc for your electrical needs.
