We booked a waterslide (and other items) for my sons 5th birthday for Sat. 8/12 in the Doylestown area. Beanie Bounce delivered the slide on Friday afternoon, however we soon figured out that this slide was to aggressive for the smaller children. We called Beanie Bounce, and they came out the next morning (Sat) with a more suitable waterslide, just in time for the 2:00pm start time of the party... talk about great customer service! The kids used the slide non-stop for 5 hours. It was the absolute best. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Beanie Bounce. We will be a loyal customer for years to come.

What a fantastic company. The employees are kind and professional. The equipment is clean and safe. Our party was wonderful because the attention to detail was top notch. I recommend using them for everything
