Just wanted to share our fabulous experience of a recent purchase from Wiggins Furniture Store and our recommendation of Wiggins Furniture Store.
Absolutely the best furniture selection and the most excellent customer service, we have ever experienced. We recently bought a beautiful sofa from them & we also special ordered arm covers to be made from the manufacturer. The couch was very quickly delivered and right at the time they informed us it would be delivered. No waiting all day for delivery!!. Very happy with the sofa & the prompt delivery! However, when the manufacturer sent the arm covers back to them, we were quite disappointed. We called and spoke to Matt, (Wiggins salesman,) telling him of our disapproval of the little squares that the manufacturer claimed were arm covers. Matt apparently immediately talked to Mr. Wiggins, who agreed that the covers were unacceptable. Matt called back to tell us that they were ordering a yard of fabric & going to have them made by an upholsterer they use in Conroe. Wiggins Furniture took their floor model of the sofa, directly to the upholsterer to have them made to the exact, precise pattern of the sofa arms. They are so incredible, you cannot even tell that they are arm covers, they just look like they are the arm itself. Mr. Wiggins called us this morning to see if we were satisfied with them. I told him that we were more than satisfied!! Mr. Wiggins is the nicest man & owner we have ever met! And Matt is such a great salesman! Now that is what you call CUSOMER SATISFACTION !!. We will definetely be back for future purchases. Wiggins Furniture Store is located on SH105. Just so impressed & just love them and wanted to share!

This is the best place to buy furniture in Conroe area. The staff and sales people are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of their jobs. They are also very friendly and helpful in helping you chose what pieces of furniture will meet your needs. Not to mention the prices are unbeatable. Before buying furniture anywhere else you should check this place out. I've had them deliver furniture to me on a couple of occasions and I've been 100% satisfied. I will not buy furniture from anywhere else.

Fantastic customer service and great furniture! I bought a bunch of furniture here a few months back and have had no complaints! Great quality, great price. I've recommended Wiggins's Furniture to everyone and I will definitely be back!
