I am writing you to let you know how thrilled my family and I are with our "New" pool. I could not have imagined such a transformation was possible. Your crews are just the best and worked incredibly hard to complete our project right on schedule. The stacked rock coping and Pebble tec are amazing. Considering all of the work that was done I was able to swim within 2 weeks after they started! I love the Pebble finish and so does everyone who sees it. The whole project was painless (for us) and the results were gratifying. I wish we would have remodeled years ago. It was awesome to receive status emails from you and to see you out at the job everyday work was being done. Thank you for turning our homely old pool into something special!

for almost 3 years I have been fortunate enough to have Northwest Pools as my pool service company. Each week a friendly and capable representative from Northwest cleans the pool and makes sure that all of the equipment is in working order. If there are any mechanical problems or other issues with the pool equipment Bill Pierucci, or other members of the family owned business will contact me promptly. If the repair is pool related they will fix it for a very reasonable price. If the repair is for my other systems they will refer me to someone who is just as knowledgeable in that particular field. They have also given me other referrals for other aspects such as landscaping and yard lighting. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Northwest Pools for their pool expertise, congenial staff and excellent service!
