Their check in is acceptable.



Their financial assistance assistance sucks.



Their ability and want to diagnose anything more then the eady stuff is absolutely appalling.



Their doctors don't listen and don't care.



Absolute waste of money if you have actaul problem, more then just a stuffy nose that need diagnosis and medication.



I for one will never go to them again.

TERRIBLE! I went to this clinic on a Saturday. My doctor just retired and I didn't know where else to go. I have asthma and during cold season, if not careful can get bronchitis. They weighed me and did my height with my wedges on. They took my temperature which was 99.6 and the doctor said that I "did not have a fever" She listened to my lungs over my clothes and only in one spot. She then told me I had a virus and to go to Kroger for over the counter medication. She also told me I would be sick for 1-2 weeks, but there was nothing she could do. I explained to her how my GP always gave me a Z Pack when this happens ( about once a year during flu season) and she actually told me the she would not give me a Z Pack and I was disrespecting her for telling her what my doctor whom has been treating me for 20 years would have helped me. She then told me there was nothing more she could do ( as if she did anything at all) and left. I then went to the HEB medical center on 1488 and Kuykendahl. They tested me for strep throat and the doctor listened to my lungs top middle and bottom. He said I was wheezing in the bottom of my lungs and definitely had bronchitis. He gave me a Z Pack and cough medicine and I feel better now. It has only been 7 hours. This doctor at HEB also explained to me that a humidifier would really help me at night time. He was very nice and answered all my questions. They also saw me within 30 minutes. I waited 2 hours at Lone Star. NEVER go to Lone Star!! I am calling my insurance company to see if I can avoid paying these rude people.

I chose a dr at this practice and so far have only seen him once. They have let me run out of my diabetic medication and then refused to write a new one without seeing me. The new appt is 3 weeks after I run out. This place is chaos with unhelpful staff and lack of care for its patients. Its a shame because I really liked my original doctor. Go elsewhere if you can.
