I brought in a dead goby that died 10 hours after purchase that was checked out and a lady examined, a replacement was provided immediately with no questions. The replacement goby died (4) days later, I brought back and spoke to a man this time and Was told water chemistry was perfect and showed a pic of the fish before it’s demise. I was informed the fish looked like it had a fungus that was it’s cause of death was. We were all friends until I informed him I received the fish four days ago. Then all of a sudden it’s cause of death was my tank( after being told Chemistry was perfect) I asked for recommendations and was told I need to buy more rocks from him. I asked how he wanted to handle the refund or credit and he immediately began to raise his voice and did his best attempt to be intimidating. The lady tried to intervene but dude was loud, unruly and acted like he was looking for a fight(over a $35 fish) I don’t blame them for a fish death, I’m sure it happens all the time. I understand times are tough and refunds take away from their bottom line, but they need to take it out on their suppliers and not offend their customers. I left with zero intention on them receiving another dime of mine. I hope I’m the only one that’s had this experience but looking at their reviews, I don’t believe I am.

This shop is immoral, unethical, disgusting and the owner is know it all jerk that takes advantage of people just to stay in business. STAY AWAY!

Placed a special order for a fish -- it died before i got to the store -- owner would not give me ANY money back!!! I never even got to see my fish!!!

Worst Aquatic Business In Conroe

If you want sub-par products with no gaurantee then this is the place to go. Apparently they expect to stay in business based solely on luck. Here is the scenario, I purchased fish for my brother in law and after following all specified instructions presented by a lady named Tiffany, two of the fish purchased died four hours later. I immediately left a message, and contacted set business the following day. After being told there are no returns I asked the same lady known as Tiffany to have the owner contact me. Three days later and no response other than, it says it on the receipt, you can understand why this business is not the best choice. Keep in mind that PetSmart has cheaper prices for most of the fishes they carry. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Hopefully this business will eventually realize that Service is what keeps a business going not strict guidelines

Don't Waste Your Money

There is no warranty on the fish you buy. I found this out after the 2 fish we bought for our children died within 8 hours of being at home. The second fish I bought developed black spots and we were told to call if we had any questions. So I did, only to be Rudely spoken to by the owner's Little Sister. Don't waste your money or your time for a business who does NOT hold Customer Service as a High Priority.
