First off allow me to say that the manager as well as the assistant manager have always been great. I don't really have problems with this enterprise location, well I didn't have problems until now. There is a new young lady named Sara that works there and she is absolutely the rudest person that I have ever come into contact with at any enterprise location. She is argumentative, there are no customer services skills that reside within this young lady. If you trained her, she needs retraining. Every single time that we interact with each other, there is a problem and she makes no attempt to rectify it. She will stand firm on what she says and offer no resolution she simply reiterates and repeats. I would never do anything to jeopardize the reptutation of a company because again Brandie (sp) and Matt are great but I go on record saying that if I had another choice to rent a vehicle that would not interfere with my work schedule or location, I would do that to keep from being in the presence of this lady.
