From start to finish outstanding service and price the employes were down to earth good guys .I felt very comfortable having them in my home .I fell out of my chair when after the job was complete and the guys had left that the office called me to be sure I was happy with everything. This was without a doubt a very good experience from the first call to the completion of the work .

I Called in around 10am and spoke with customer service girl, she was very helpful and told me that someone will be here within the next couple of hours to take a look at our AC system. Sure enough the owner showed up and after explaining to him what I thought was the problem, he already new what the problem with the AC Compressor. He went to his work truck and got the part that was broke and replace it. He fixed our AC in less than 15 minutes. He is experience and very knowledgeable and would use his service again. I highly recommend Cool Guys Air Conditioning and Heating! You all are great! Thanks for everything!

It is 110 degrees out. A/C is blowing hot air. I call Cool Guys Air Conditioning and Heating and less than two hours later the technician shows up! He diagnosed the problem in less than a minute AMAZING HONEST service!

Recently had Cool Guys Air Conditioning and Heating refrigeration at my house to repair/check our upstairs a/c unit. As this unit is 13+years old, I assumed the unit would need replacing. The owner arrived at our house the same day we called, checked the outside and determined that whatever the problem was, was with the air handler. The trouble turned out to be a simple fuse. Steve could have easily sold me an entire new unit and I would have never known. This company seems to be very honest and I would recommend them to anyone.
