Purchased a steam generator 1900$ did not include parts needed to install atempted to return. Coburns wanted a 25% restock fee 500$ still in box never used or installed. Or order the parts i needed for 500$ and wait a week. Highway robery 25% restock fee i will never use coburns again. Strongly advise people to avoid them as they are clearly ripping people off with a 25% restocking fee. 25% is just ridiculous border line extortion avoid these people might i add they required full payment just to order this thing. I paied upfront they did not inform me of the needed parts or acessorys to operate the gen set. Called mr steam could have ordered the product for 1600$ they marked it up 300$ and used my $ to purchase. Mr steam would have charged me 10% to return the item. So coburns refused to order the part with out full payment so i paied upfront they marked it up 300$ wanted 500$ to return and never spent one red cent to order or ship the part real con job here people avoid like the plague!
