Whether it is estate sale, online auction or live auction, they do a great job. Jennifer and her crew are very professional and accommodating.

Will never attend another event hosted by these people. Visited an estate sale on 11/7/15 in Huntsville. Blonde lady at the register was rude immediaty upon entering. So much my wife turned around and walked right back out. They missed out on a good sale. We'd arrived with trailer to find items to fill a new room.

Be WARNED!!! FIRST CHOICE ESTATE SALES (1ST CHOICE ESTATE SALES)

I set up an estate sale through Jennifer about a month ago. When it came time for her appointment to come and do her "set up" I called to confirm. She did not answer my calls. I looked at her website and found that she had booked another estate sale over the dates we had confirmed. It really left a sick feeling in my stomach but I just tried to keep thinking that with the exceptional staff she had mentioned on her webpage - maybe she was set up to handle more than one estate sale at a time.



I also text 'd her to confirm our appointments. To my surprise overnight she had text'd back to say that she was not able to handle our estate sale. She was very unprofessional in the fact that I had never received a phone call cancelling the sale or appointments. The truth is I think she is not organized and overbooked herself leaving us hanging in the wind. She has left our family in a very bad situation. We are now left scrambling to find help.



This is not a professional way to run a business - Being a business owner myself - I would never leave people hanging like this. I am so very upset. I will also be reporting her to the BBB. BEWARE!!!!!

I would like to respond to the above review....yes, this did happen and I felt horrible and tried to help fix the problem but client was not happy and did not want me to help fix it....I understand. However,the reason this happened is NO signed contract ever received.....I have to have a contract signed in order to book a date this is just smart business for everyone. Sometimes after a consult a client assumes the dates spoke of are held for them....even though our contract says no confirmed dates until contract received and confirmed via email. We are very busy (blessed) and we meet with many families each week and until a contract is recieved we can not hold dates. I ALWAYS go above and beyond to help in everyway I can when I can. I am so sorry this happened and hope it never happens again but clients have to be responsible for their actions as well and no contract means no promises we can not conduct business that way. I do have multiply sale ability and fantastic staff to handle all needs...but if not scheduled I can't plan for it.
