About Nagle & Associates, P.A. Carl Nagle founded our firm and from day one, dedicated his practice to only helping victims of North Carolina car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents and other roadway collisions. As a former insurance adjuster, Carl handled claims for a national insurance carrier, and discovered that insurance companies willfully underpay accident victims on a regular basis. After graduating from University of Georgia law school with top academic honors, Carl went to work as an insurance defense attorney in Atlanta, Georgia. In that capacity, Carl was hired by multiple insurance companies to defend at-fault drivers, and to oppose serious injury claims.
