Good comfort food at a good value. Great service. All of it is fresh. Food comes out quickly. Best breakfast place in Conifer/Aspen Park /Pine.

I am having trouble posting a business response to April 2013 review. It

is funny because DW's has not had chicken since June of 2012. 2ndly

DW's does not have curtains. Lastly, the food never takes 20 minutes.

we saw this place when it was new and decided to wonder on in for a bite n try it out. the rave was the chicken so we ordered the chicken for take out. the cook right away starting yelling at the staff behind the curtain to get it going and then proceeded to tell them to MICROWAVE the food to send out. for one, i REFUSE to eat microwave food there is NO nutritional value in it, secondly, i doubt the rave about the chicken wasnt for the fact its "nuked" before its sent out to the customer, i was thinking more along the lines of "fresh". we ended up waiting over 20 mins for a meal so we just walked away. the staff was unpleasant and we never did get to try the food. dont go, save your self the hassel. i have a gift cert for use there and wont use it. not worth it even if its free.

Don't go! My Mom and I went in for lunch the other day and when we first walked in wasn't sure if it was seat yourself or wait really no direction and no one to direct. Once we sat the server was very pleasant and friendly but the diner is dusty didn't look cleaned in some time the table cloth was clean the menu was clean but that was about it. I ordered the beef dip and my mother got the pastrami sandwich. My sandwich was soggy and the meat didn't taste right so I said something to my mom and she was thinking the same thing about her sandwich. I didn't even finish a 1/4 of the meal just really wasn't good. Than I saw the cook come out and lets say this place is one I would expect to see on Kitchen Nightmares I really wish it was better since we are lacking many great places in Conifer to eat but for the money I would rather go somewhere else.

Heard about this restaurant from a friend and took my family for a nice night out there. Service was good, food tasted cheap and tasteless. Overall hard to eat, I ate almost half before i decided it wasn't worth it to finish. Neither my wife or kids cared to finish theres either, eating less than me. 3 of us became sick later that night from it. Not only this but it was high priced compared to every other place in Conifer. Highly recommend skipping DW's "285" Diner.

You have to try this place!!! Ask for Ernie and try the pot pie or hot roast beef!!!
