As we all know, when you call 800-272-0036 as it states on you violation, all you will ever get is a busy signal. Unless you have a phone you can set to automatically redial again & again, you will be sitting there all day punching redial. This number did ring for a few minutes before being picked up, but when it did it was a real person on the other end! She wasn't able to take payment, but she was able to look at our ticket & advise me that there was a 5 day grace period for paying it, so even though it was a bit overdue, I could mail it in & be okay, since it is so difficult to call & make payment over the phone. Also, sometimes you just have a Question & in those cases this # is great too. Thank you Yellow Pages!!!
