I had a great experience on Monday at the Toys R Us. I'm a grandmother and with all of the different toys it's hard to choose the right one for my granddaughter. The store manager was so sweet. She helped me go through every Disney princess doll until I found the right one. I must of been there for over an hour. I will definitely be back during Christmas to do all of my granddaughters shopping here.

I went in to shop for my daughter today. She loves toys r us so she could spend hours here. She really wanted this particular journey girls doll but it wasn't out so a mgr was walking by and asked us if we needed help. She went into the back to get my daughter the doll. The manager was very nice. Even the cashier was very sweet. I love this store. We will definitely be back.

Terrible attitude of the employee the floor was wet I felt and no body help me I told the employee and never camebach with the yellow sign of wet floor I still have a lot of pain on my leg.

WRONG number listed if you want someone to answer you have to call 704-979-3414 or 3415 otherwise you won't get an answer and don't plan on anyone being there to assemble anything either the day before Christmas!

I have 3 children so I shop for a lot of toys. Every time I shop at this store I always have a great experience. No matter when I go in someone always asks me if I need help. I'm usually shopping with my children so I'm always in a rush. They have such a huge selection of toys. I would never shop anywhere else. I couldn't decide which clubhouse I wanted to buy for my daughter. I wanted to see how big they were. The manager took out 6 of them from the back room to show me the size. She even offered to open up the boxes so I could get a better look. I shop in alot of stores and by far this store is the best. I don't normally take the time to write reviews but I know how it is. When we have a bad experience we are quick to write about it but what about when we have a great experience? I love shopping here. I highly recommend this store.

I Love this toys r us... The associates and management staff are so nice. I was looking for a toy for my nephew and was having such a hard time finding it. Two associates offered to help me find something for him. It was the best experience I have had in a store. I was also greeted by a lady walking around. She also asked if I needed any help. I will definetly be back to buy the rest of my toys here. I would recommend this store to my friends...:)

I went today at about 2 pm to toys r us in concord, nc and I did not have a plesant shopping trip. I have a flyer with me and I ask their sale rep. and their customer services but no one give me a correct location of the item that i look for (i asked 3 different sales associate to help me, one just told me to look either this place or that place). I finally find the item (drum set). it is $ 99.99 and on sale for 79.99 ($20 off). I go and pay, it comes up $ 129.99. I told them it is on sale for $79.99 and original price is $99.99 not $129.99. the sale associate run and check and he agrees with me that is the item on sale. He told me that he need manager to override the price. I guess there is no manager or something it took almost 15 minutes for it and the other sale associate told my that the boy item not on sale only the girl item (same price and same name only difference color for boy and girl). I told them I buy for my son and I don't need girl color. I don't pay and i am not happy. Original price $ 99.99 on sale for $79.99 but when ring up $ 129.99. What kind of business is this?

There aren't many customers here but everyone is waiting excessive amounts of time while the employees walk around lost. One customer waited on a 400 dollar item for an hour before walking out. They rolled it up 15 minutes later. I've been waiting an hour for them to roll my sons bike up front. I will not be seeing him tonight because he will be asleep before I get home....

Took 42 min form the time my first item was rang up until I got to my car. Prices not right in computer and no manager around to help. Thought I might be just this one day so I went and tried them again but same thing happened the next time but only 25 min this time.
