I did not have a good experience with Smart Interiors because TJ McCoy signed a contract as the general contractor for my building project and then dropped out of the project. She found a subcontractor to complete project (so we thought)after she fired the first sub-contractor and then when the going got tough, smart interiors kept going. The subcontractor did nothing to code and I had to tear everything down and literally start over. I never received any part of my $20,000 (near) that was initially paid back nor did I even get a follow up call or an apology. I don't think that any one that does business like that should still be in business.
