Brought our brand new RV to Tom Johnson for warranty work. Not only did they destroy our brand new RV by trampling oil all over the carpets but everything we turned it in to be fixed was either not fixed or in worse condition than when we dropped it off. We are currently in the process of having to seem reimbursement for breaking parts on our RV that were in good working condition when we dropped it off and broken when we picked up and they claim they "don't know what happened" and are refusing to pay. Our warranty won't cover it because they say it's negligence on Camping Worlds part. We went through 3 different service people in less than 4 months, not because of us but because they all quit and said this was the worst Camping World they have ever worked for. I highly advise anyone looking for service for their RV to ask for a different company, this has been the worst experience!! They need to learn how to take accountability for their actions.
