I stopped at the store today,and there were only couple people worked in the front. I asked one of the staff there that i want to buy a baby bed,and i also have a question about the bed too.She says to me that somebody will be with me shortly in replied.I was waiting for 20 minutes there,and finally one of the staff came asking my wife, while i been walking around looking for another staff. wondering what kind of service you kind have over there? not only me bee waiting.there were couple customer there they not happy with the waiting too.I cant believe that you guy have a big store like that but only couple staff worked in the front at 7;30pm.We left the store,and will not come back this location agian. Even though you guys have a good stuff over there, compare to other store,but with this kind of service you will lost a lot of customer in the future.
