They installed our gate and accompanying equipment. They're the ONLY company that serviced our equipment until R&S Vallejo took over. In January we were informed by the Vallejo Fire Dept. that the KNOX box didn't work. When R&S Vallejo responded they found wires cut and folded back making the KNOX box inoperable. Now R&S Concord says they didn't do it and won't reimburse us for the service call that R&S Vallejo did to repair their work even though we have photos of the cut wires and they sent us photos showing wires disconnected in the box that they serviced.

I recently purchased a garage door operator and it is so quiet that I couldn't believe it was running the door. It was smooth and was reasonably priced. I would and will reccomend them for service to anyone.

I really like the idea that this company makes there own doors, and has there own warranty and no middle man at all. The simplicity and quality of purchasing from them was both informative and assuring.
