I bring my car here to get serviced. They are usually pretty friendly but are not good at calling back.

Fleet Division : Worse experience ever ! ( and we have bought Vans here before ) Time line for delivery was WAY off. When the van finally came in it was built incorrect, which put production on another Van 3 months out. Overall Communication & Customer service was inexcusable. Called around and found a van on our own. We'll never do business with this dealership again and we buy vans every 3-4 years.

EVERYBODY in my family all drive Fords they are great cars and we all get our cars there and we bring here to get them fixed. Future ford has EXCELLENT bedside manner and the ppl there are always attentive and polite and the salesppl are always helpful and kind. They provide free shuttle service which is pretty cool and convenient since we are all on different schedules.

My mother in law went into Future Ford in order to buy a Ford Escape Hybrid. She wanted to go alone to exercise her independence, and I had given her copies of average price reports from edmunds.com, and other info, so she would know what to pay. She was 78 at the time, and gets confused about numbers if too much is thrown at her. They obviously saw her as an easy target, and after they hammered and confused her in a marathon eight hour sales pitch, she ended up effectively paying $43,000 for a car that was selling for $28-$29,000! I complained to the manager, but of course he was in on the deal. They made a huge commission, and couldn't care one bit.
