Alcor is truly a superb buisness in every aspect. Al and his crew take great pride in the work they do, They are always there if you have questions and they take the time to explain things to you. Very educational. i say the best investment i ever did . I love my solar pool and i love the security i have knowing they are always there if i need them...They did not disappear like all other businesses seem to do once they are done. i have had my solar since May of 05. I say all businesses should take a lesson from Alcor Solar.

We had our pool solar installed from Alcor a couple years ago, they did a great job and the system works great. Now I am looking into solar for our home, I only wish they did that too.

I am not sure why the review above me had problems, but I find it difficult to believe they were dealing with the same company. Al is a super friendly guy and always been quick to get back to me. His workers are clean, friendly and customer service oriented.

I have a big pool and we had 14 panels installed. I have not had any problems with them and I have no doubt that Al would come out and fix whatever problems we might have in the future.

If you are thinking about solar panels, then I highly suggest taking a look at the panels Al reps--they are not like most of the panels out there--they are clean and it doesn't take an expert to see that they are much higher quality than most of what is out there.

I have spent a year re-doing a house with a gazillion subs. Al is one of the good guys. He's trustworthy, prompt and provides good quality at a good price.

I had my solar heating system installed about 7 years ago, and it's still the best home improvement experience that I've had. The people at Alcor were polite and respectful and they finished the job ahead of schedule. I subsequently recommended Alcor to my neighbor, my brother, and my boss they all got new systems from Alcor and thanked me for the help. I just wish they did kitchen remodels, it would have saved me a lot of pain and money.\\

Had system installed 3 years ago.



Been trying to call them and email for past two weeks. No replies. Horrible customer service. Now I must go elsewhere to have system serviced.
