Our Staff All of the Wee Friends Staff has been trained in, but not limited to, the following: CPR - First-aid - Blood borne Pathogens - Shaken Baby Syndrome -Infant Safe Sleep - 16 hours of continuing education training per year required by the State of Michigan - Fire/Natural Disaster SafetyEducation: Our Directors and Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten Teachers have Bachelors and/or Associates degrees in Early Childhood Education. Nursery School Teachers have Associates degrees or CDAs in Early Childhood Education. All of our Staff working with ages below 2 1/2 years have their Infant/Toddler certification.
