I have lived here since June 2016
In the warmer weather it is a great place for me to live I am handicapped and use a power wheelchair for mobility now that it has snowed my little dog and I are prisoners here The management has not arranged for quality snow removal and the pavement has not been cleared or salted The concrete in front of the mailboxes is snow packed and icy. I cannot use my power chair or even safely get out of my car to pick up my mail I missed a doctors appt last week because they didn't remove enough snow to get the car out of the garage until 3:00 pm and the pile of snow left against my garage door prevents it from closing properly and the icy air has been seeping into my apartment
I hope they will improve the service here soon The rent is very high and I don't feel I'm getting my money's worth
