Never Do Any Business With Realty Escrow. NOTE: The Owner name is ROBERT and he is the biggest Liar we filled a complaint on him and we are waiting for the result with the investigator. They had to move from there other office. I close a transaction there in October 2016 and they haven't corrected the check they gave me at closing they put another person on my check with me. They mailed it out and they were moving so they couldn't correct the check because they have to go over the file. This is Dec 2017 and I am still waiting. Now Robert claims that he has to make sure the check wasn't cash. the check is over a year and we have it. He said I could of electronically deposit it . easy fix call your bank and go online to see. Which his bank said is all he has to do, a 2 minute fix. I told him that but he said he has to wait for his bank. The check is over a year old with a over 180 void if not cash. BEWARE of this Escrow at all Cost!!! The owner is a Liar!!! How do you put someone else name on a check that don't belong in the file. The Worst ESCROW in the World.
