Don't trust

Initially, I couldn't have been more pleased with Brian Watts and his company. He stated he guaranteed his work. He was paid in cash, no receipt given. Now, I've had problem with part of the work done and I've tried for months to try to get him back out to check the problem. He doesn't show, when I actually do reach him and get appointment scheduled. He won't return texts or voicemails. He won't take my calls unless he doesn't recognize the number, and when he does answer (the few times he has) he states he was going to call me and that he was ill. He schedules appointments and then just doesn't show will not even have courtesy to call or text with explanation. I am ill and it just so disturbing to have someone do this to me. Again, I was initially thrilled with Brian and his services and am busy beyond shocked with this situation.

They ask for payments in cash and don't give you a receipt. They state they guarantee the work but in a month's time the wiring wasn't working. They don't return calls or texts, if you use a phone number they don't know they will take your call giving you excuses as to why they haven't replied to earlier communications. They will then schedule appointment for that same week only to not show up or call. They know I'm very ill and have little financial resources. I just want the job repaired, if I have to hire someone else I would like WattsUp to cover the expense.
