Avoid this company and any of its properties if at all possible. The company does not honor its contracts. The company also does not keep the properties in good working order. It seems as if there is an unwritten policy that requested maintenance is not performed unless a resident requests it at least twice. The properties are not adequately staff with maintenance personnel. I know this because I had a friend who worked for the company. I wouldn't live there. There are too many other management companies and properties that are reputable to rent from. Do yourself a favor & go with another company/property.
