I have a two year old son, and a baby on the way. I purchased a joovy sit & stand from this location. I spent $125 on it. The lady who sold it to me told me the wrong way to place a car seat in it. I get home & learn that it was missing a part. I go to take it back, and to make a long story short sales lady there told me they do not do returns on strollers and it says it on the receipt. I couldn't believe it. In so many ways she told me I was lying b/c I could the previous day & someone told me they would return it since I was given the wrong info. The lady there was extremely rude. Then I became irate. Honestly I felt she would understand b/c I highly doubt if she even makes $10 an hr. So she should surely understand the value of $125 down the drain. Moreover I made it clear I wasn't leaving w/o the money being refunded on my card. Eventually she gave in. I was going to sell my Chicco stroller, but i figure I'll go to another location. I REFUSE to do business @ this location ever again. Although, I do like Once Upon a Child overall.
