I first found this site on Facebook when browsing vendors that sell wax melts. I placed my first order from Lillian in late September/ early october. A week or two went buy and hadn't heard an update on when my items would be shipped, so I emailed her. I was promised it would be sent by the end of the week. So another week and a half went by, no package tracking ID yet. I emailed her once again with a very similar excuse and response. I finally recieved my package in early November with a note attached stating to let the wax cure foe 2 additional weeks, meaning she JUST made them prior to shipment, no more than a dsy before the actual shipment meaning I had been lied ro the ENTIRE TIME! Against my ignorant judgement, I decided to pay to play in a raffle she had going on and bought $7 worth of tickets. Low and behold I wont, this was in early October, it is now late November and that order is still not shipped after also emails on this package too with unfulled promises from Lillian on when the package would be shipped. DO NOT BUY FROM HER. Absolutely not a properly ran business and horrible customer service.
