Buyer beware!!!! Very sketchy business. Owner is a habitual liar and a hot head. Make sure you read other reviews and realize that the unnamed Google reviews are not real people. YOUR NOT FINANCING THE FURNITURE!!!! Read your LEASE paperwork very well before signing and DO NOT sign until furniture has been delivered and inspected.
Furniture- Very cheaply made!!! You will be told that this furniture is a name brand that ITS NOT. Would be ok for a college kids or somebody just looking for something cheap. But again beware of the "Financing".
Owner- This guy is a price of work. While your looking around he will consistently try an overall you and fast talk very untrue statements. You will get that sleepy used car salesmen feeling. YOU WOULD BE RIGHT!!!! Guy is a complete scum bag, with absolutely no morals. Make sure you ask "If the item is damaged when delivered to my home, will you correct the problem". Record this answer cause if you call back after delivery he will scream at your wife. Then when she hangs up on him he will call at least 2 more time and continue to throw passive aggressive threats such as " be careful, we have enough money to fight you in court and win".
PLEASE adhere to my advise, that feeling you get when you walk into the store, LISTENING TO YOU INSTINCTS!! wees!!!

My husband and I have purchased several items from Libert Freight over the past few years. We have had no issues whatsoever with our merchandise. Good quality, sturdy furniture. The owner, John is wonderful and friendly. Our daughter and her family had a house fire which smoke damage ruined our grandkids beds. We went to Liberty Freight to look for new beds for them, John was so understanding in what they went thru and he went above and beyond to help us find affordable, good quality beds to replace their old ones. A few months ago we bought a new bed. Love the quality so much, just yesterday we bought the matching dresser and night stands. We love our new bedroom suit and it is definitely bulit to last a long time. I refer to my friends and definitely recommend this company. One of the employees actually went to the warehouse and brought the merchandise to back to me at the store. Kudos to John and all his staff at Liberty Freight. I am definitely a returning customer.

We went to 6 different furniture stores near and on the west side. We ended up purchasing our furniture from Libery Freight, the furniture was very similar to many sets we had seen elsewhere. The reason we purchased from them was the awesome customer service. The salesmen was very patient and informative. He answered any questions we had and did absolutely NO Schmoozing!! We will go back there for our other purchases in the future.

We gave the review four stars. The only issue we had was they forgot to deliver the ottoman. They were willing to come back and deliver it to us that same day and were very quick to contact the driver when we called the store to let them know.

You can find some great deals here and they will even bargain alittle. Much better customer service than a large retail store. Lets keep the small family businesses going!
