I have had a business relationship with this company for years and I can say for sure this is the WORST International Dealer I had the pleasure to work with....When you call parts they are rude and your on hold waiting for 15 minutes or more.... I usually call Brickyard out in Indiana and have my parts shipped back to Ohio because even with shipping the parts they are so much cheaper and I must say much more pleasant to work !!!
