This lady is great. No matter what deadline I need my alterations done by she is willing to work with, and she has stayed past closing time so I could pick up my garments after work. Really cares about her customers, been coming here for over 10 years.

I love this place, she does great alterations for a very reasonable price. She is extremely talented. I actually go out of my way to get my stuff tailored here since no where else can beat her talent or her prices.

Due to the lack of alterations shops on the eastside of Columbus, I have been going to Complete Alterations for years. I have had too many encounters where she has ruined my clothes and or gave me a hard time about making repairs on errors that she made. In the past, I have even left clothes there and refused to pay for them because the repair work was so terrible. Recently I bought a suite and took the pants there just to have a hem put in the pants. I picked the pants up got them home and tried them on the next day and one leg was extermly longer thatn the other and the both were still too long. I've had it with this business, I'm not going back to have her correct her errors because she never admits fault for anything. I will pay to have a qualified professional hem my pants. Please, learn from my mistakes! This lady with have you looking redicolous in your cltohes. DO'T DO BUSINESS HERE!

BUYER BEWARE -- She is a small claims case waiting to happen. Visited to have work done on a brand new garment. The woman who owns the shop managed to burn material and get plastic substance on it, and claimed that it was already on the jacket before servicing. Fortunately,i had a picture taken of the item before it alteration. Don't take anything expensive there. Would recommend not using. If you do, make sure you KEEP YOUR CLAIM CHECK, with the cost information on it, because she does not issue receipts for the cash or check only orders.
