Hiding behind the terms and conditions, you cannot get negotiate returns or refunds. Many items are listed as NEW ... but are not. ALL items are stock photos with Amazon or Target's suggested retail prices (not the actual prices, or the even-lower prices of 3rd party Amazon sellers). I've bought hundreds of dollars worth of products from CCOA and have repeated had "New" items be broken or switched out (old, broken cello instead of a new electronic one!), or missing parts. In one week, I've sent out $300 in products to Amazon customers, and ALL 6 items had to be refunded, at my lost (incl. shipping). This is not to mention the cello rip-off. I'm back using their "competitors;" well, actually, I traded up.
