The employees at the Columbia, TN store dress very unprofessional. They are rude, don't have product knowledge, and the store looks and smells dirty. The counters are always piled up whereas you can't put your products on them to checkout! The previous group of employees always dressed up, kept the store clean, and were very knowledgeable about all the products. Don't know who hired this younger group, but they messed up!! Shopping at State Beauty Supply from now on. Lose, lose situation for the Columbia Cosmoprof.
