Went to Monterrey's at lunch today, 05/25/12. The service was Awful ! ! First, there were about 3 groups waiting to be seated. Then, a 4th group came in. First group was seated, then the 2nd. Then the man seating people took the 4th group, then, the 3rd group, THEN, finally us. He never said a word to us, just grabbed 3 menus and walked off. He threw the menus on a table and walked off. I was with my grown son & my granddaughter who is 4, with a boot on her right foot, because she broke it. We had waited about 15 minutes to be seated. After we were seated, the waitress practically threw our silverware, cups, chips & salsa at us. No smile, no welcome. I took my granddaugter to the bathroom, and as we passed the bar, the bartender darted out and almost ran us down. Did he stop when he saw us? NO! We had to stop and let him go by first.Thankfully we ordered chips & cheese dip, because it took an HOUR for us to get our food! Our waitress NEVER gave us a status on our order. Don't go!

Excellent flavor. We where a party of 5 and none of us had any complaints. Good portions of food, good service. Beer was not stale as most tap beer is. First time there but certainly not my last
