Located on the eastern outskirt of Columbia and on-base at Fort Jackson, Fort Jackson Family Homes is a residential community offering rental homes in single-family, townhome and duplex styles, to active duty Army families assigned to Fort Jackson. We also have select homes available to rent to qualified military retiree, DOD civilian employee and general public applicants. Our move-in ready rental homes at Fort Jackson are available in two, three, four and five-bedroom floor plans located in walkable, pet-friendly neighborhoods featuring extensive amenities including playgrounds and picnic areas, basketball courts, tennis courts and a fitness center.
