I went to pick up my daughter's glasses, the employee saw us pull up. She proceeds to light up her cigarette in front of the door. After my daughter and I got out of the car, the employee and her friend moved down less than a foot. She said I'll be with you shortly, I'm not thinking she was the only one in there because I'm thinking if that was the case she wouldn't have lit that cigarette. Well I enter and no other employees inside. The manager which is what her name tag implied enters to assist us. Cans in without washing her hands, touching my child's glasses. I had to ask this woman to wash her hands and wipe my daughter's frames. I swear this location sucks, their so unprofessional, nasty, and slow. The Dr we seen prior to ordering our glasses was the only professional person I've seen since giving them my business but no more.
