I went to Gerbes to buy a beer at 1930 on July 27.. At the self checkout I had to wait for a clerk to approve the sale. After a few minutes no one had done the approval. I asked two Gerbes employees(who ere having a talking to each other) for assistance. One said "In a minute". After 5 minutes I left the item at the checkout and left.
