Why can USPS not higher friend...

Why can USPS not higher friendly people who like to work?? Andrea will retire (how sad), now we stuck with LISA. She is the chewing gum chewing, not talking, upset looking, and eye rolling new post officer at Wincopin Circ. post office. Congratulation!! We are becoming like Oak Hall Lane post office. Does anyone have a suggestion where to find a nice post office?? The only friendly post office in Columbia, MD will change. There are lots of unemployed people on the road who like to work; just a suggestion to the USPS management.
