We had Grandfathers mulch our beds and install a french drain to control run-off. All of the work was done well and the price was very fair. We're particularly happy with the drain. It has solved a major erosion problem. I would also highly recommend their special mix of fine bladed grass seed. It's more expensive than the Big Box stuff (Scotts, Rebels, etc.) but it takes and thrives where none of the national brands have for years. So I'm spending less by spending more on quality seed.
