Upon recommendation as a followup to a previous urgent care visit, I was greatly dissatisfied. She had horrible bedside manner and never even asked how I felt. And upon discharge I had simply asked when I can return to work. Her response was a stern angry tone saying, "Well my decision overrides all previous doctors". I felt under appreciated and overwhelmed. She didn't even verbally tell me when I could go back to work.
However, the counter staff was kind, courteous, sympathetic, caring and attentive. I would only recommend this location for life threatening injuries when the ER is full. This location really needs a Doctor with better bedside manners. And less aggression towards patients
