The Size of the Store is a little tiny and Cramped, its very unwelcoming. But there are a Good selection of Dogs, Cats, Birds, and other animals to choose from.

I visit the store every chance to get just to see if things have changed or not. Several times I have gone in and the lights have been off in the lizard tanks which is bad for their health or the fish tanks are filled with dead fishes. After informing the employees, the "Lizard Guy" turned on the lights in the tanks but they didnt say anything or do anything about the fishes. I would rather not buy a fish that has been living and feasting on one of its tank buddies. The Employees help who they want to help and to get their attention you have to not "get in their face" but you have to go to them rather than them come to you to see if you need anything. I stood waiting for a room to open so I could look a a puppy, for atleast 10 minutes, the girl kept walking back and forth not stopping once to even see if I needed help. And the other employees were busy, so I stopped her dead in her tracks.

Overall the store is just fair. If they want to make a better experience for people they would thing about rearranging the store, expanding/moving to a bigger location, and informing their employees that customer service is important. Dont get me wrong they do have the cutest puppies and kittens I have ever seen and I would love to buy a bunny from them(plump, fluffy and lively) but its mainly the store itself that needs help.
