Just make an account here with the sole purpose to review this company. Bottom line is they are excellent, they understand the importance of customer service. We made an appointment, got all the info, signed the contract, and 2 weeks after the headstone was delivered to evergreen cemetery. Very smooth transaction, beautiful work, and prices are sooo much better than what the funeral home was charging us.

They just help us with my brother's headstone that passed unexpectedly, they are place to go bottom line. Do not buy anything at Funeral homes or Cemeteries, they will try to rob you blind.

After looking around from Orange county, to LA and Inland empire, we finally found this place. We felt good from the beginning, they spent at least 45 min explaining the process which non of the other companies did, this was great since it can be confusing when it is your first time in need of a product like this. No pressure sales tactics, no tricky pricing, In other words they have a superior product, a GREAT price compare to all the other ones we saw, and very professional customer service. It is very well ran. Great experience, my Mother is so happy with my Father's headstone. DEFINITELY the place to go. I never write review but this one was worth the time, hopefully this helps other families. Funeral homes and cemeteries wanted to charge ridiculous amounts for a cookie cutter template with no photo. Good luck.

They made my family feel at home, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any rush or pressure, but the real surprise came when we saw the finished headstone, it was just incredible, I'm still amazed at the price we paid, since it was a lot less than expected for the type of work and customization. Great people, great product, GREAT PRICES, great experience all the way around.

The proofs and photo you sent of my Dad's headstone did not do it justice. The groundskeepers said there was nothing else like it at the cemetery and that it was beautiful. My first view of it after installation took my breath away even though you had sent me a photo of the finished stone. Everyone in my family was touched by the Art and the personalization. The code in the lotto ticket was a beautiful gift to our family. Even his six-year old great grandson said, “It’s amazing.”
