Beware!!!! They will loose 13.79% of your order in the tanks and not expect to compensate you for your lost parts. They will quote pricing after you have supplied them with a print containing all of the finishing instructions to include the brand and number to be used and then tell you when you bring the parts for coating that they don't do that type of Teflon. They quoted me $1.00 each, come to find out it was a special type of Teflon and the cheapest place I could find to do it was $12.00 per part. I took an $1100.00 loss on the job because I used their quote and their word that they could provide the service. When I approached the owner, Dan, to see if he would help out with the cost he laughed in my face and said the only thing he would do is apply his Teflon, for a $1.00 each. As a small business, when you start to think your customers need you, more than you need them, you are destined to fail.
