I am not happy with my experience. This place is the most unorganized and unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. My husband and I paid in full since October2016, signed papers since Nov2016, lawyer said they were filing with court after that. After a month of silence from them, I called to get an update for a court date just to be told that I didn't pay in full so I would need to finish paying before anything would happen (we paid in full October2016). After I brought that to their attention, I was then told that I would need to redo the debt class because mine had expired ( again if they would have filed when they said they were going to, this wouldn't be an issue). I still have no answers, only that they will not file our bankruptcy until after I file 2016 taxes. I have no idea why and quite frankly at this point all I want is a refund. I'd be better off paying off my debtors and building my cr sit back up myself.
