have been doing business with Walker Asset Management for over a year. I have always found them to be very respectful, Honest and professional. I have referred many service personnel. to them and all have been more than pleased. You always know where you stand. You don't always get your way because they are the Agent of the Owner who is actually the Landlord. And they are bound by the terms of their agreement with the owner. They treat tenants with fairness and honesty.

I've had the pleasure of working with Walker Asset for several years now and in my experience there simply isn't a more experienced and professional company in Colorado Springs. As a mortgage lender I have the opportunity to work with dozens of real estate agents and property management companies every year. I've never worked with an agent who's a better negotiator if you're selling or purchasing a home. And the service for his tenants seems top notch as well.
