CLOSED NOW - Opens at 9:00am

I think that the recording time is too long. I am glad I am not in an emergency situation. They have what to do if an emergency part at the end of a 2 min recording. And they told me that the office is currently closed. When do they open? I have no idea when to call back because they didn't leave that part on the recording.

I highly recommend USAA. I have been with them for over ten years, and have had nothing but the best service.
