5/18/08 Went in to office to inquire about a car hauler trailer. Two of the counter people we busy with customers. The yard guy asked if he could help us. I explained our needs and his blank look was classic, "Uh, I just work in the yard, you gotta ask one of those guys about a rental." O.K. thanks for your help.



When it was our turn with the counter we asked if there was a location in Monument that we could pick up a trailer.

"Uh, I think there is a dealer up there." Well could you check the inventory to see if he has a car hauler? "Uh, no we can't check any inventory but our own." Okay, do you know their hours? "Uh, no, you'd have to call them" Could you give them a quick call and check for us? "Uh, no, I don't have their number."



Okay - so this is a gigantic national company that has equipment moving across the US and local guy can't tell me a thing. When we got home we checked the Uhaul website. There is NO dealer listed in Monument.



So if you go in to the North Nevada Uhaul location, you better know exactly what you need and don't count on any service beyond the "dumb look". Good Luck!
