These guys were good to work with initially. After purchasing a hard drive from them, I found the same drive for $100 less, so I was going to return it. I called, asked how long I had (on two different days) and BOTH sales people told me that I had 90 days, so I didn't sweat returning it until I was in the area. Well when I was getting ready to head to that side of town I looked at the receipt and it said 14 days...which had passed because 2 different employees told me SPECIFICALLY that I had 90 days. When I called to see what they could do, the manager told me "oh well...screw you," basically. That will be the LAST time I do business with that shop. I don't have a problem with the policy...that is legitimate. I have a HUGE problem with a manager NOT honoring what his employees tell customers.
