John has been excellent to work with. I had multiple insurance problems with fixing my roof after the last storm. I also had skylight issues which the insurance company was using to deny my claim. John expertly navigated these problems, and even though it took some time, he was able to get the claim on my roof approved and I recently received the insurance check. John also fixed my roof issues BEFORE the check was cut. I appreciate the work he has put into my home and I couldn't recommend a nicer person.

I normally do not write reviews but I feel like I have to let everyone know my experience with summit view. I was given Bob's card by a friend of mine who used summit view for a roof replacement. I called Bob and he was able to come over later that evening. After looking over my home, he found damage to my roof, gutters, windows and garage door. The insurance company came out and Bob met them at my home. He pointed out every bit of damage on my home and got me over $20,000 in repairs! I had summit view do all of the work and my home looks absolutely amazing!

I had been turned down by my insurance company three times over the last few years! I finally got a new roof thanks to these guys. They took the time to fight my insurance company and make them do the right thing. The salesman, Bob , was very helpful and was easy to get along with. He helped us every step of the way in making sure our job was done quickly and done right! I was extremely satisfied these guys and my roof looks great!!!

I am very disappointed with this company. My husband and I heard this company through a friend. We needed a new roof so we called. They came out and looked at our roof and agreed we did need a new one. My husband gave them the check in full so they can buy material. One day we came home and material was on the roof. Then the problems started to happen... We waited to hear from them so we can schedule an apt for them. My husband works days and I work nights so we were going to try and get it on a day I didn't have to work. Well weeks went by and no sign from them. My husband called and called and always got the oh it will get done tomorrow... The next day and so on. Finally after 5 weeks of trying to get the roof done my husband called the manager and was like what's going one either give us our money back or do the roof. The manager had no clue why it took so long he said it would be done first thing next week. They were going to call my husband before they were going to come over so they don't come over when I'm asleep needing rest for work. I got home from work and ready for bed and banging on the door began. The roofers were finally there and we had no idea they were coming that day. It took them all day to do the roof finally around 530 they were leaving. I did not see them leave and they did not say anything about being done. I go outside and I have trash and parts of the old roof left everywhere., they even left a brom. They left us no extra shingles. Overall I've very disappointed with this company and I would not recommend it to anyone.
