TeamSecundy was recommended to me by two of my very good friends. Both had worked with Brad and Tempe to sell their houses and simply could not say enough wonderful things about them. So, I decided to contact them and talk to him about helping me sell my house. To say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made is not an understatement. honestly have a hard time finding the words to describe what a great realtors they were. And throughout the whole process, which can be very stressful…they kept me sane and the process moving forward. In the end, my house was only on the market for a few days and sold above asking price. I would honestly recommend them to everyone. You will not find better realtors. You just won't.

Brad is an AMAZING realtor and due to his lightning FAST response to his client's needs...I was able to get an incredible home at an incredible price! My husband and I were very familiar with the area and knew what we were looking for, but we needed a realtor to help get us in to see potential properties as soon as they came on the market and then to facilitate the entire process. Brad Secundy knows the area. Once we told him our time frame and what our criteria was he was working for us ASAP. He went and video'd the homes we were interested in and emailed them to us in Germany. Making the transition much easier to really see the home from every angle before we got to Colorado Springs.

Moving to a new city can play havoc on our family. Especailly since my husband is in Iraq. Brad was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about Colorado Springs. We ended up in a great school district and when my husband came home he was thrilled with our new home ..

Working with Brad was an enjoyable experience. SOme realtors don't want to deal with Foreclosures or short sales becuase of the paperwork and time involved with dealing with the banks. Brad is certified and knew all the ins and outs to get our short sale complete. Works hard and found us a lovely home for our family . We bought a home with Brad about 6 months ago. He found a great opportunity to invest in. WE listed the home less then 3 weeks ago for $28,000 more then we paid for it..Just alittle paint and improvement gave us a nice profit. WE had not intended to sell so wuickly but a job elsewhere came up. Brad knows the neighborhoods and we highly recommend Team Secundy.

It is great in a stressful time to move lock,stock and barrel across the country that Brad went above and beyond the call of duty.. to insure we had an easy transition. Plus we could not move in right away so he was there checking on our home and insuring that the everything was safe and sound.
