Leo is a lier and will take your money- if you list your property with him he will screw you and the tenant in there

We recently moved out and had the place professionally cleaned and got about 2/3 of our deposit back. A lot of the things we got charged for were things from the previous tenent that never got fixed. Pretty frustrating. Maintance takes a long time. The front staff was always really nice and professional. Leo was pretty intense and extremely nit picky. I will say though, they worked with us to let us out of our lease early with only a $500. Overall, I wouldn't rent from them again if I had other choices.

Lots of times people ignore the reviews. Professional they are not, since Mr. Marx's family works there, they are all the same as him, so of course anytime you want to talk to him his "pack" will never allow you to reach him. He treats everyone disrespectfully, like you are total garbage, but of course he'll take your money. He also lies on the move out check list just for the sake of charging you for anything. And yes you do move into a dirty place, and it takes months for any repairs or cleaning to be done. He can't remember about previous tenants what they didn't fix or repair, so on your move out he tries to charge you for the previous tenants lack of fixing what needed to be done I told him it was there when I moved in. If you like to be disrespectfully treated and cheated by all means rent from him. Or in my case because the housing is horrible in Colorado Springs and you get stuck with him. Be very wary and document and take pictures, video tape the rental, because he will screw you. ALSO HE IS NOT A CENTURY 21 AGENT, CONFIRMED BY CORPORATE CENTURY 21!

Leo, may you choke on all your greed and take your Hellish staff with you. How you stay in business is beyond any comprehension.

Yes, you are the worst.

1. Multiple times he made a "book keeping error" (his words, not mine)
2. When we decided to cancel our contract with him he refused to return my calls and asked me to "not contact his office anymore regarding these items" I was calling about was payments for the work done after his tenants moved out. He did not pay the contractors until 45 days after the work was completed and did not return my last tenants security deposit until 45 days AFTER they moved out.
3. The exterior of our house needed to be painted. He said his painter "does not have time to do estimates" and refused to contact other painters to get quotes. I was in the area and got quotes on my own and had to coordinate the painter with the tenants.
4. His emails to me are rude. My husband, who is very level headed had to intervene because the comments he made to me.
5. If you want him to direct deposit your check each month, it costs an additional $10/month.
Leo is awful when he is managing your house.

I was hung up on by the scheduling agent, Cathy, I believe her name was, when I said my credit wasn't the best. Very unprofessional! She just said "Sorry, that just won't work". CLICK. Don't waste your time with this company.

This company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!! We moved into a house that was filthy dirty from the previous tenants, it took them days to get a cleaning crew out to clean and we had to go behind and reclean the entire house because they did a horrible job. Meanwhile we couldn't move in for 10 days because of the house condition even though we paid rent for those days. Many items in the house were in disrepair that we had to fix ourselves. The yard was dead. The bushes were overgrown. We had a horrible spider and bug problem and this was just the move in... The move out was WORSE if you can believe it! We were blamed for all of the repair issues that we complained about when we moved in and leaving the house spotless was not enough for them. They did not respond to our numerous calls about the repairs needed on the home and in turn tried to blame these issues on us. Of course this is all to keep the pricy deposits we had put down. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent from them.

Professional Team Realty was by far the worst company I have ever rented from. They were a nightmare from the very beginning of the lease to the return of the deposit. They require a 5 hour inspection to move into the house as well as move out of the house. They were not up front about the HOA of the property that was leased and caused continuous problems with the HOA and no resolution to the problems. When there are any problems with the property, the office staff is rude. Once you turn in your notice for vacating the property, they schedule up to 5 showings a day. This went on for over a month. We were willing to work with the company through this process, but they had no ability to work with us. With infants and children in the house sleeping, they would walk possible new residents into the bedrooms. We had asked them to be courteous of the children's nap times, and they were rude and continued to show the house during all times of the day. After our extensive walk through with Leo, we were told that the entire deposit would be returned. He even tried to get us to rent another property from him, because he could tell that we really took care of the property. After 2 months, the deposit was finally returned and was much less than the full deposit with a letter stating that we were aware repairs were needed on the property. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! I have never had a problem with any of my deposit being withheld from any rental company. This company is horrible and I highly recommend you look anywhere else before renting from them.

This company was by far the worst company I have every rented from. I literally could write pages as to why you should never rent from this company. They do not deserve a dime of anyones money. the staff was rude and would hang up on you I ask to talk to a manager for a month straight and leo never called me. they refused to renew our lease for no reason at all. I have rented from 4 different companies and this was BY FAR the worst company I have ever rented from! please do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

Very unprofessional! Tina is the name of the lady who is rude to clients..I will be taking my business elswhere, oh and forget about talking to anyone else in the office..returning calls is not in their practice

I would not recommend this company. they do not represnt the owners of homes they rent well and they deal with renters in bad faith. We have had several issues since we have moved in one in particular is with the water. The kitchen sink was leaking and the bathrooms both in the basement and in the upstairs bathroom. Theses were all repaired when we first moved in but the kitchen and basement bathroom begon to leak agin. when they were fixede the second time and our bill replected a lease we were not compensated for the leak and we were charged for getting it repaired even though it was a preexisting issue. So several months forward there seems to still be a water issue our bill has reached over 700 dollars and this company refuses to check on the problem. We ask them for a letter so that we can give it to the untility company and the have not responded at all. We will be taking a letter to them and have filed a complaint with the BBB of CS, Colorado. I am a service member and i will be forced to move my family before my next deployment which will be at my own expense.
